Facial Cupping

Facial cupping to rejuvenate and beautify the complexion has been practiced for  thousands of years.

 

It's a gentle, relaxing facial massage that naturally restores lustre, vitality and glow to the skin.

Unlike cupping on the body, facial cupping is very gentle and leaves no cup marks. The cups are made of smooth glass and come in a variety of shapes and sizes specially designed for the face.

 

After applying a therapeutic oil, the small glass cup may be gently suctioned for a few seconds to stimulate individual acupuncture points or gently moved along an acupuncture channel (meridian).

 

Tight muscles melt as the cups suction and glide along the contours of your face. 

 

Cups are also moved over deep wrinkles to increase blood flow to the area. Under eye bags are gently de-puffed as the cup is gently suctioned or moved under the eyes, along the face and down the neck to drain lymphatic fluid and stimulate blood flow.

 

These treatments bring collagen to the surface, reduce puffiness and dark circles, soften lines, help to drain nasal sinuses and move stagnant lymph. In addition to beautifying the complexion, conditions such as TMJ and sinus pressure are also often relieved.
