It's ahead of it's time, really. I wrote Wellness for Women early in my career and it still gives all the basics of everyday wellness. I guide you through the grocery aisles, give you recipes for natural beauty and nutritious meals, and give you natural solutions to issues important to us women.
You may be a woman who has become a little lost on your road to wellness, or maybe you don't even really know what wellness is! Perhaps you need to normalize your weight or find a more natural way to care for your skin and hair to enhance your beauty. Or, you may have a stronger, deeper longing. You may have reached that stage in your life where you really want to take a proactive role in your own health. You want to be healthier, but you don’t know where to start.
Wellness for Women is for those of us who are hungry to learn more about living our lives more fully, more joyfully and more healthfully.
To every woman who has struggled with her weight, wondered what to eat, how to deal with PMS or menopause, whether to take vitamins, how to enhance her natural beauty, how to ease a yeast infection, how to combat stress or depression and whether alternative medicine can provide any relief for her, I offer Wellness for Women. In it, I have tried to present some natural solutions for many of life’s daily health concerns. Think of me as your guide walking you down the road to your wellness.
