I am here to offer you a beautiful, individualized acupuncture experience, to be a loving and generous support in your healing and a gentle guide in your transition to optimal and radiant health, beauty and wellness.
My aim is for you to feel good in your body and your spirit, so my focus is on helping you to feel healthier, less stressed, and more confident in the power of your natural beauty. I love to work with people who, like you, are committed to their own healing.
Before we get started, here are a few things that will help us in working together:
Some Important Things ...
1. Please be on time and keep your appointments. Each treatment builds upon previous ones. It is important to follow through with our care plan in order to receive maximum benefit.
2. Be committed to yourself and your daily self care in-between sessions. This is lifestyle medicine. How well we age and how healthy we feel is 80% dependent on how we choose to live on a daily basis - not just on the treatments we receive. I will offer suggestions and self-care techniques to incorporate into your daily life that will supercharge your healing now and in the years to come.
3. Give it time. Healing with acupuncture and improving the health and radiance of your complexion with micro-needling is a process, not a "one-and-done" magic bullet. It takes time and is influenced by many factors. As you begin to feel (and look) better, take it slow and continue to nurture yourself with your new self care rituals. Rebalancing, strengthening and supporting your body is a journey. Please be patient and gentle with yourself and with your unique healing process.
A Word About Insurance…. If requested, you will be supplied with a superbill that includes details about your acupuncture session which you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I am not affiliated with HMO's, PPO's or insurance companies. I do not fill out or submit insurance forms. I cannot accept insurance in lieu of payment. Please be prepared to pay for your session at time of service.
