How I drink a half gallon of water every day 💧

This glass tumbler holds 16 oz of water.


By drinking 4 of these tumblers every day, I am drinking 64 oz of water, which is a half gallon.


Super simple. Super sexy 💧

Here's how I do it :

One 16 oz glass upon waking, before tea or coffee
Two 16 oz glasses throughout the day
One 16 oz glass during/after dinner

You can adjust this any way you like to suit your lifestyle.


Just drink at least four 16 oz glass tumblers of pure, sexy water every day.


You see, about 75 percent of our body weight is water 💧...


Soooo, I'd consider it to be pretty essential to our overall health and well being, wouldn't you?!


We rely on it to digest and assimilate our food, carry nutrients and oxygen to our cells, regulate our body temperature and remove waste and toxins.


And, we actually lose about 8 - 10 cups of water every day just through the normal process of breathing, perspiring, urinating and eliminating. If you are super active, you lose even more.
