Got 5 Minutes?


You're busy.


How in the heck are you supposed to practice self-care when you have work and family and so many things to DO and others to care for?!?


I hear you and I feel you ... because I've been there.


I'm just here to remind you -- from experience -- that if you don't take care of yourself first, everyone and everything else suffers, and YOU most of all. That's something I know for sure. So, here's what we're gonna do:


Got 5 minutes?

If you've got 5 minutes, you've got time for sexy self care - and you're worth 5 minutes of your own time.


Here's how we're going to do it:


Set your timer for 5 minutes. Then, put your phone DOWN.


For 5 minutes, you're going to do NOTHING.


You can sit and close your eyes, you can stand up and gaze out the window, you can lean against the wall and stare into the distance, you can lie down on the floor or the bed. No phone. No social media. No news. No talking.


Simply find 5 minutes at any time of your choosing and give yourself the gift of silence, stillness and not-doing.


By resting and not doing, we re-inspire our doing. We re-set. We re-charge. And, we give ourselves the gift of simply be-ing.

And, baby, it's gonna make a difference in how you feel. I promise. In fact, you're going to want to do it again tomorrow.


This week, try to give yourself 5 minutes of sexy self care most every day. Make it an intention and do your best.


You're gonna feel better -- I promise.


Because there's nothing more badass than taking care of yourself.
