Eat your greens....and reds

Celebrate the season and eat something green and red today!!


Leafy greens, herbs and green veggies like broccoli, brussels sprouts and cabbage are your friends right now.


Not only are they absolute powerhouses of nutrients and fiber, we need them to help keep our intestinal track moving after eating all this holiday crap, if you know what I mean.😉



It feels so good to eat something fresh and green -make it a point to eat at least one serving of super sexy greens today.


Extra credit if you also eat something red - whenever you see a red fruit or veggie, you can be sure it is bursting with vitamin c and antioxidants.


Start by simply taking a look at your meals today. Are they beige looking? Add some red and green - make it a beautiful, festive and oh so much healthier plate!!


Remember to fill your body with vibrant fresh foods and eat as nature intended. Fuel up to feel festive....any time of year:)
