Giving is contagious.


And giving out of sheer kindness for no other reason at all is one of the most uplifting and rewarding experiences we can give ourselves and others any time of the year, but especially around the holiday season.



So today, share the gift of everyday wellness by surprising someone with kindness. Any random act or kind gesture that comes naturally to you is perfect. Feel your spirit rise by lifting up someone else.


Be patient. Smile and greet other shoppers. Hold the door. Write a love note to someone special. Pay for someone’s coffee or bag of groceries. Give a hug. Move over for that guy tailgating you. Surprise a child. Call or text a friend or relative. Be vulnerable with your partner and tell them all the reasons you love them. 


Give.


You never know how much you can touch the life of another by your single act of kindness.
